Coastal Property Sales and Letting, a subsidiary of Coastal Property Group, have formed a full service sales team made up of 7 specialist Property Consultants who are responsible for sales and short and long term letting on the Atlantic Seaboard, in the City Bowl and Southern Suburbs. The team will be lead by Head of Sales, Jason Paans.
The following young and dynamic team members join existing Property Consultants Linda French and Lucille Walker:
Jessica Cramb - Jessica has a strong background in Marketing, Sales and Rentals. In partnership with Jason, Jessica will handle Sectional Title sales throughout the Atlantic Seaboard.
Emile Ferreira - Selling his first property at 19 years old, Emile has extensive experience in construction, project management and property investment.
Michelle Grignard - Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge from the property and service industry. Together, Michelle and Emile will be responsible for property sales in the City Bowl.
Daniel Sher – Daniel joins the team with a strong hospitality background focusing on Marketing, Revenue and Business Optimization. This includes working for the likes of 5 star hotels such as the Mount Nelson, Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa and Singita Sabi Sabi.
