With the busy summer season now upon us, we would like to remind all of our clients that they have to plan ahead to ensure the timeous implementation of any requirements so we can meet the seasonal deadline.
Remember, December and January are effectively half months which means that November will be a very busy time to resolve all outstanding matters before our offices close.
We call on all Trustees and Directors to notify us of bonus payments for staff and anything else that they need to be done because, based on experience, we anticipate high pressure and demands from many of our clients over the next month.
Clients are also reminded that Level 5 Water Restrictions are in operation across the city, so this requires action as does the ten year maintenance plan as required by the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act, if not already implemented.
