Many of you may or may not know that Coastal Property Group comprises of three individual but fully integrated companies, creating a diverse service offering. It was an easy decision to diversify as we have, to complement our Sectional Title management service, which is and always will be the core of our business.

Coastal Property Sales and Letting has actively been trading under its new banner since January 2015. During this time, we have been able to enter into a competitive market relatively easily due to our large database of property owners and investors which we have maintained for the past 21 years since our founding in 1994.

We are currently running a sales promotion where we are offering you, our client, free levy clearance and compliance inspections provided you own a property in a building we manage. Your property needs to be successfully sold by entering into an exclusive sole mandate with one of our agents. The potential saving is in excess of R2,300.00 with further savings achievable through our competitive commission structure.

Regarding our letting management service, there are various reasons why you should consider utilising this service, especially if we manage the building in which your apartment is located. The reasons can be outlined as follows:

  • A single company to handle all queries relating to your individual property and the building as a whole. This would assist us in our service delivery and streamline communication between you and our organisation knowing that there is no third party involved.
  • All finances i.e. collection of rent from your tenant and timely payment of levies to the Body Corporate, will occur seamlessly. A monthly Disbursement Statement will be e-mailed to you, itemising all your income and expenditure.  
  • Repair and maintenance issues can be easily facilitated by our in-house maintenance team resulting in faster turnaround times.
