Jacques Maree is an attorney who has been specialising in the fields of sectional title schemes and homeowners associations since 2004. He also has two years experience working as a labour law legal advisor for an employers organisation. In 2012, he established Jacques Maree Attorneys and is currently practising from his office in Stellenbosch.

- Representing trustees and owners at arbitrations; arbitrating disputes.

- Attending annual general meetings, special general meetings or trustees’ meetings as a consultant or a representative of the trustees and/or an owner.
- Labour law advice, conducting retrenchments, disciplinary hearings, ill capacity enquiries, poor work performance enquiries and preparation of employment contracts.
- Appointment as a professional trustee at a fixed monthly rate.
- Assistance in preparing CSOS dispute resolution claims and replies.
