Welcome to our August 2016 Newsletter.
At Coastal Property Group, we aim to offer a premium service which is why our team has been working behind the scenes to refresh our website, adding a brand new online portal which will provide you with easy access to documents and information relating to your sectional title scheme and / or property. We are excited to be launching soon, so please keep an eye on your inbox for further updates.
In addition, our property agents have secured new properties both for sale and to let along the Atlantic Seaboard, in the Southern Suburbs and South Peninsula. These serve as either potential investment opportunities or new homes. So, if you are in the market to buy, sell or rent a new property, please do not hesitate to contact Linda French or Lucille Walker.
We’d like to welcome Kahn Hviid-Nielsen, who now holds the position of General Manager at our Head Office in Cape Town. Kahn will be responsible for supervising the day to day running of our management services division. We also would like to welcome Megan Adams as our new Financial Manager. We wish both Kahn and Megan the best of luck in their new roles and we are very pleased to have them on board.
